The project
A new-build office building in 22@: curtain wall, precision window systems and ventilation louvres, coordinated from the model.
Pujades 101 stands out for its modern design and efficient solutions. The curtain wall maximises natural light and gives the façade its visual impact. High-performance window systems provide thermal and acoustic insulation, and ventilation louvres improve ventilation inside.
Implementing BIM was crucial: it made it possible to coordinate the different teams and disciplines, optimise construction times and avoid errors. LEED certified, the building reflects a firm commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.

The façade changes with the light.
Glazed panels, opaque panels and perforated elements alternate across a pale grid. From the street, the envelope reads differently on each orientation.

The building, before it was built.
The BIM model brings structure, façade and services together in one place. That is where the junctions are resolved, before they reach site.
