Data before intuition
Every design and site decision is backed by models, simulations and measurements. Intuition is where you start, not where you finish.

BIM as a tool, not a dogma
The model serves the project and the team, not the other way round. If a methodology slows the flow, it gets adapted or replaced.

Detail is strategy
A project's success is decided in the construction details. What gets built well on site starts with being well resolved in the detail.
