The project

A shelter for migrants in transit, designed around local, low-cost materials: a safe, dignified place for people passing through.

El Faro is a social project developed for a competition organised by the International Red Cross, which I won together with my team.

The shelter was designed with a humanitarian aid approach: local, low-cost materials that make it viable, and a safe, dignified space for those who need it.
